We're seeking a Head of Growth to join a purpose-led global consultancy operating at the intersection of HR and organisational transformation.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead revenue generation across all commercial functions, including Business Development, Marketing, Solutions, and Client Success. You’ll work both strategically and hands-on to deliver sales targets, optimise sales processes, and expand their market footprint.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver global revenue targets through direct contribution and team leadership
• Lead end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline to close
• Build and deepen client and partner relationships across enterprise accounts
• Identify and activate strategic growth opportunities and channel partnerships
• Collaborate with Marketing to amplify brand presence and thought leadership in the HR and talent space

What You Bring

• A minimum of four years in sales leadership within consulting, L&D, HR, DEI or other solution-based services
• Proven ability to win and grow enterprise clients with complex buying structures
• Experience optimising sales systems and processes to unlock scalable growth
• Self-starter mindset with experience in early-stage or agile environments
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen
