About the Role

You will be the go-to admin support for our accounting team, helping ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with clients via phone and email

Supporting ASIC and ATO lodgements

Managing team workflow, job tracking and deadline coordination

Drafting and processing client invoices

Preparing and maintaining client documents and correspondence

General office and admin support
