AustCorp Executive is a private 100% wholly-owned Australian recruitment company established in 1996, that provides industry leading recruitment solutions: - Executive, Senior Management, Management, Corporate Services & Operations.

We recruit Contract Staff throughout Australia and Permanent staff across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Internationally.

Base ($65K to $85K) + Super + Exceptional Commission Structure (10% to 50%), with no threshold, paid monthly on Temporary Contractors.

Team Outline

A vastly experienced team with over 95 years local and global experience across the Facilities Management, Property, Corporate Services, Government and Defence sectors.

Base Criteria

• 4+ years’ experience gained as a Contract / Temp Desk Recruiter working in a recruitment agency undertaking client / candidate calls and filling Temporary requirements.
• Ideally 2 years’ experience in running a Temporary Desk in Facilities Management, Property, Office Support, Corporate Services or Defence.
• Experience gained in managing client and candidate relationships, including negotiating Hourly Rates and Terms of Supply.
• Strong experience in Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated with our CRM).
• Full Permanent Australian Work Rights.
