Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and enquiries end-to-end with precision and professionalism.
- Provide tailored product and service support using industry knowledge.
- Accurately maintain customer records and interactions in CRM.
- Share customer insights to support service improvements and team innovation.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service in every customer interaction.
- Support the team with admin tasks and contribute to wider business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or client support, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a range of customer needs.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering great service.
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly regarded.
