Bridge Resources are currently seeking experienced Project Managers for a civil/bulk earthworks project in the Pilbara.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for heading up the project, including dealing with the client and ensuring the project is meeting the project schedule.

You will work with the engineers, superintendents and HSE team to achieve the desired outcomes around safety, to correct standards, that all MDR requirements are met and it is finished on time.

As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for duties such as:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring you have effective communication with site personnel, contractors and suppliers across the project
• Lead and manage the project in line with the safety and quality guidelines, making sure there are no cost overruns and timelines are adhered to
• Take ownership of budgets, programming and contract management, and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Work with the project engineers and supervisors to ensure any issues that arise throughout the project are managed in effective and timely manner

In return, on offer is an initial 3-4 month project, on a 2:1 roster. The pay rate on offer is $105/hr

To be considered for these roles, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience managing projects within the $20 - $30 million range
• Experience in Bulk Earthworks, Rehab, and culvert works (ESSENTIAL)
• Ability to commit to the duration of the project
• Strong organizational, team building and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
