Welcome to YH Support Services. We are nationally registered NDIS services provider based in Elizabeth and northern regions of Adelaide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and fulfil their potential.

We're looking for Support Workers in the Northern Suburbs to assist clients to live independent, happy and fulfilling lives through self-care domestic support and community access, support with outreach to doctors appointments community groups and activities of the participants choosing.

Qualifications & experience

Current first aid and CPR

Medication administration certificate (or be willing to obtain)

At least one year of relevant work experience

Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent OR minimum two years of relevant work experience

NDIS worker screening clearance and NDIS module completion

Working with Children's check

Police check

Valid drivers license

Full comprehensive car insurance

Tasks & responsibilities

Assisting participants with community access and recreational activities

24-hour complex supports

Personal care (showering, toileting, hygiene assistance)

Manual handling

Transportation

Domestic and yard duties

Building participant capacity

Providing assistance for participants to reach there goals
