BillyLids Therapy is a family-run, multidisciplinary clinic founded by two clinician sisters—one an OT, the other an SLP—who are passionate about helping children thrive. Our new Norman Park clinic is led by Robyn, our experienced Practice Lead and Senior Occupational Therapist, with 14 years working in paediatrics. We’re now looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help shape this exciting new chapter.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to become part of a small but growing team, working with children under 10 in a supportive, well-resourced clinic environment. You’ll have the chance to:

Deliver high-quality, client-centred speech therapy services

Receive tailored clinical support from our senior SLP team, including from Joan—who brings over 45 years of experience in early intervention, physical disability, and assistive technology. You'll benefit from a combination of face-to-face and Zoom mentoring, opportunities to shadow Joan and other experienced clinicians, and a responsive supervision model aligned with your professional goals.

Collaborate closely with our experienced OT team

Support the development of early intervention, language, speech, feeding and AAC pathways

Contribute to mentoring and supporting a new graduate in 2026

Participate in case discussions, service planning, and family-focused goal setting

Help shape a positive, playful, and collaborative clinic culture

We're seeking someone with at least 2 years of paediatric experience, who is confident in their clinical reasoning, eager to collaborate, and passionate about evidence-based, child-centred care.

Who We’re Looking For

A playful and engaging therapist who loves working with children in a collaborative clinic environment

A minimum of 2 years’ paediatric experience in speech-language pathology

SPA certified practising registration

Working With Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

COVID-19 and flu vaccination

Full Australian working rights and Driver’s Licence

A commitment to collaborative, strengths-based team practice
