We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our established team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners in our beautiful clinic, located in Robina on the Gold Coast. We will work closely with you to design a role that provides maximum job satisfaction, strong clinical supervision, and genuine work-life balance.

The Role

We are seeking a permanent Speech Pathologist to join our team.

A paediatric caseload with the option to include adults if desired.

You get to choose how many days in the clinic you would like versus how many in the community.

Weekly supervision and ongoing access to senior clinicians for case consults and clinical coaching.

Full administrative support — no chasing service agreements or cancellations.

Work with a broad range of presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay and Down Syndrome.

Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions with the support you need to grow and thrive.

Complete notes at the end of each working day and provide timely reports and updates to relevant parties.

Share your knowledge by providing training and support to other team members when needed.

You hold a current police check and Working With Children Check
