Weekly 1:1 supervision with a highly experienced Speech Pathologist
Comprehensive onboarding and a gradual build-up of caseload to support your transition
Quarterly PD allowance – Up to $1,000 plus 2 days of paid leave
Company vehicle for mobile clinicians (or mileage allowance)
Laptop & work phone provided with strong IT and admin support
Dedicated admin team – We handle bookings, invoicing, and NDIS management so you can focus on your clients
Clear career progression pathways – Including clinical leadership, management roles, or the potential to co-own a branch
Realistic, achievable KPIs
Supportive systems – BrightHR for HR support and Power Diary for clinical documentation
Engaged multidisciplinary team – Collaborate with OTs, physios, EPs, dietitians, and podiatrists; attend regular team meetings and PDs
You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:
A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
SPA membership and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
A valid driver's licence
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
A passion for working with children and individuals from diverse backgrounds
An interest in providing both clinic-based and community/mobile services
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
Delivering speech therapy services through in-clinic and mobile assessments, individual and group sessions
Supporting clients and families through high-quality, evidence-based therapy
Building meaningful connections with schools, GPs, families, and health professionals to holistically support clients
Contributing to a supportive and dynamic team culture
