🧠 About the Role:

As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist at Bee Kids, you’ll work with a dynamic caseload of children, supporting a wide range of communication, language, and feeding needs. Your work will focus on empowering children and families to thrive in their everyday environments.

Your duties will include:

Conducting comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments using standardised tools and observational methods

Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and needs

Providing therapy across a range of areas, including speech sound disorders, language delays, social communication & literacy (plus more).

Writing clear, professional assessment and progress reports

Offering family-centered support through regular feedback, parent training, and home program development

Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals, educators, and support staff

Maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and evidence-based practice

Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities

Your caseload can be customised to your interests—whether that’s school readiness, autism support, AAC, early intervention, or a mix of everything! You'll also have the option to deliver services in-clinic, in schools, or via telehealth, depending on client needs and your preferences.

🙋 About You:

Relevant degree in Speech Pathology

Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility)

Blue Card (Working With Children Check QLD)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Passion for working with children and families

New graduates encouraged to apply
