About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team at Prolube Lubricants' in Sydney, NSW. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the sales strategy for your region to achieve sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities

Analyse sales data to identify trends and insights, and develop plans to capitalise on them

Represent the company at industry trade events and conferences

Ensure seamless customer service delivery by working closely with internal departments

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the lubricants industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data to drive strategic decision-making

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
