What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!):

The Communication Hub: You'll be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, expertly directing inquiries and ensuring seamless communication across the business.

Leadership Support: Provide essential administrative support to our leadership team, from formatting important documents to basic financial data entry.

Task Master & Motivator: Help keep us all on track by managing task lists for team members and enthusiastically following up to ensure everything is completed.

Customer Champion: Maintain our customer service register with precision, ensuring every customer interaction is logged and managed effectively. Exceptional service is what we strive for, and we won't rest until you're living your best life.

Beyond the Bed: We're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and you'll have the chance to dive into exciting projects based on your skills and interests. Think 3D printing, IT coordination with external providers, or streamlining our phone system – bring your unique spark!

Joining the Sales Floor: Every team member is a vital part of our customer experience. You'll receive comprehensive training to confidently guide customers through their sleep journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
