Brennan Civil Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Operator to join our growing team in Mittagong and the surrounding region. This is a full-time opportunity where you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a variety of construction plant and machinery such as excavators, loaders, graders, rollers and dump trucks.

Conduct pre-start checks on assigned equipment using digital tools.

Work closely with team members to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

Experience as a plant operator in civil construction

Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Driver’s licence (essential) – HR/HC licence is highly regarded

Final trim experience and GPS/Trimble systems knowledge highly regarded

Formal qualifications in plant/machinery operation are a bonus – but not required for the right candidate
