As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Property Manager to join our supportive team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained rental portfolio. You’ll have the support of an established office, systems, and leadership team, but also the autonomy to manage your day-to-day with confidence.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves dealing with people, solving problems, and creating positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a residential rental portfolio in line with NSW legislation

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections

Organise and oversee repairs and maintenance

Handle arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews

Attend NCAT where required (experience preferred)

Manage correspondence and documentation via Managed (or similar)

Liaise with trades, suppliers, and office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)

Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act

A confident communicator with a people-first approach

Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities

Problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude

Proficient with property management software (Managed experience a plus)

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle essential
