About the role

Tyrepower Margaret River is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience in a very busy environment. Based in the vibrant town of Margaret River, Western Australia, this role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the continued success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and friendly service

Answer phone calls, customer bookings and email enquiries.

Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Oversee inventory management and stock control, entering invoices and supplier returns.

Recommend and quote on tyres and rims.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the retail or automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have strong organisational skills and work efficiently under pressure

Attention to detail with a positive "can-do" attitude.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Demonstrated experience in inventory management and stock control

Proficient in using POS systems.

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment
