Accord Care is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to strengthen our market position and create lasting positive impacts for NDIS participants. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Support Coordination or business development to expand their career in the disability services sector.

Your Role

As our BDM, you will:

Build and nurture relationships with NDIS participants, providers, and referrers.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the disability sector.

Develop strategies to meet business growth targets and KPIs.

Generate consistent and regular SIL referral leads.

Track lead conversion metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates and intake volume.

Conduct market analysis and provide valuable insights for businesses to make informed decisions to stay competitive.

Complete client onboarding and initial assessment establishing clear plans and communication to ensure a strong foundation for collaboration.

Represent Accord Care at events and meetings, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

Collaborate with teams to ensure participants receive exceptional, person-centered support tailored to their NDIS goals.

What You Bring:

Experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the disability sector.

Strong knowledge of the NDIS and the disability sector.

Exceptional negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills.

A passion for creating opportunities and positive outcomes for people with disabilities.

Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.

Qualifications and Skills:

Tertiary qualification in Disability Services, Community Services, Business Management, or relevant experience in the NDIS sector.

NDIS Worker Screening Check and orientation module completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Comprehensive vehicle insurance and registration (if using a personal vehicle).

Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
