Work closely with an experienced team to deliver exceptional service

Duties & responsibilities but not limited to

Present vacant properties to potential clients

Ensure that high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants

Manage work orders, repairs & maintenance, lease renewals & rent increases

Management takeovers and coordinate new managements

Routine inspections

Entry and Exit Reports

Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Process lease renewals and rent increases, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Assist with rent arrears management and follow up on overdue payments.

Handle rental applications, conduct reference checks, and assist with tenant selection.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 6-12 months of experience in property management required for this role.
✔️ Full Victorian driver’s license and a reliable car.

✔️ A passion for providing excellent service.
✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✔️ A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
