FULL TIME CHEF / COOK

Salary

$75,000 - $85,000 per year plus superannuation

About the Business

Located in Port Melbourne, Papparich Central is a central kitchen that procures and processes food ingredients and products which currently caters to 5 different brands and more than 100 outlets across Australia & New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced and qualified chef to join our team.

Job Task and Responsibilities

As part of the role, you will be expected to do the following:

Prepare and cook food for all the various outlets.

manage teams

report directly to executive management

research and develop new menu items

be involved with the implementation of new brands and cuisines.

Qualification

Successful candidates must:

have relevant cook / chef qualifications

have kitchen experience

be hardworking

be a team player

have the ability to keep the working station clean and hygienic at all times

have excellent communication skills

have knowledge of Food Standards, ISO and HACCP

Candidates will only be required to work during weekdays with free parking provided.
