We are currently looking for a passionate Chef/Cook/CDP to join our brand new coffee and cocktail venue located at Queen Vic Market.

What we are looking for:

Solid experience in similar high volume establishments and hold relevant qualifications

Someone who is looking to take ownership of the role and support a high performing team

Developed management skills

A flare for creating new dishes

High personal standards

Great communication skills

Business acumen

Full Australian work rights

Ideally you will have had some exposure to food costing and menu planning

This role requires the successful candidate to be flexible to operate within a 7-day roster and maintain momentum within a seasonal venue.
