About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee and streamline support functions in our Adelaide Head Office, while also providing coordination and administrative support to our interstate and international teams. Acting as a key liaison across multiple team—including Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT and Finance—this role will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, improving internal processes, and enabling greater operational efficiency across the organisation.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in corporate services or general management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will be responsible for ensuring that core business functions are integrated, resourced, and supported effectively.
Key Responsibilities
l Oversee and coordinate internal corporate functions including administration, compliance, office operations, and internal communications
l Work closely with team leads in sales, marketing, retail, HR, operations, finance, IT and project delivery to ensure alignment of strategic priorities and day-to-day support
l Support and coordinate internal services across the Adelaide Head Office as well as interstate and international teams, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and operational alignment
l Monitor and support HR, recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance processes in collaboration with the HR Manager
l Ensure company policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with industry and legal standards
l Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, inter-team communication, and service delivery
l Act as the primary point of contact for internal corporate matters and provide executive support to company leadership
l Lead or assist in the preparation of internal reports, meeting coordination, and corporate documentation
Qualifications & Experience
l Bachelor’s degree or above
l At least 5 years of experience in corporate services, operations, general management, or administration
l Experience coordinating across departments or supporting multiple teams in a commercial or project-based environment
l Prior experience working with multinational teams or overseeing operations across multiple business entities is highly regarded
l Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and internal operations
