About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Installation and Service, you'll be responsible for leading and growing our national service function. You'll take charge of daily operations while driving strategic improvements to deliver consistent, year-round service and customer satisfaction. This will require regular inter-state travel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the national service team across Australia.

Deliver quality service outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

Manage seasonal peaks by developing a sustainable 12-month service model.

Oversee rostering, leave approvals, and verification of timesheets.

Ensure depots and equipment are maintained to high safety and operational standards.

Support customers during frost season with technical guidance and service excellence.

Work closely with product development and FrostSmart® teams to support new product launches and technical integration.

Drive a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across all service operations.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven leadership experience - minimum 5 years in field operations, ideally in agricultural, horticulture or mechanical environments
✔ Strong people management skills – able to build and motivate a high-performing team
✔ Commercial acumen – you understand efficiency, profitability and growth
✔ Customer-focused mindset – a proactive problem solver and clear communicator
✔ Mechanical knowledge – hands-on understanding of machinery and servicing
✔ Change agent – confident driving continuous improvement and strategic initiatives
