We are looking for local, female Disability Support Workers to join our warm and supportive team, providing care for amazing clients across the Sutherland Shire and St George areas.

💼 The Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support including:

Personal care and domestic help

Support with community access, social outings and activities

Medication support and encouraging independence

Helping our participants achieve their goals in a safe, respectful, and empowering way

We support clients of all ages and needs, including women, children, and the elderly, with disabilities such as autism, dementia, and mobility challenges.

🙌 About You:

This is a fantastic role for women who are warm, patient, and passionate about making a difference.

You may be a great fit if you have:

Experience in disability support, aged care, childcare, teaching, or nursing

A caring and respectful approach

Availability during weekdays with flexibility across shifts

The following essential checks/certificates:

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)

First Aid and CPR

A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

A desire to support women and families in your local area
