We’re on the hunt for an energetic, compassionate NDIS Support Worker with experience in Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. If you’ve got a Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) and a car to help you get to all the awesome community activities, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping clients smash their goals, from the gym to community activities

• Providing personal care and assisting with domestics tasks

• Following support plans and making sure everyone’s making progress.

• Creating a fun, positive space where clients feel empowered.

• You’ll get all the training you need, plus buddy shifts to make sure you feel supported from the start!

What We Need From You:

• Certificate IV in Individual Support (Disability) or relevant experience.

• Experience working with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism

• First Aid/CPR and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

• A can-do attitude and flexibility.
