We offer an extensive menu rich in vegan dishes taking inspiration from cuisines all over the world.

Key Duties:

Design and execute creative plant-based dishes.

Ensure food quality and freshness and consistency.

Ability to prepare regular menu items, special and allergen requests

Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food order.

Assist head chef with managerial tasks in the kitchen.

Maintain health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and kitchen operations.

Applicant must have/be:

Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery (essential)

Previous experience as a Chef

Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment

Unlimited working rights in Australia

Knowledge of modified diets

Must work well in a team environment
