About the Opportunity: We're looking for a motivated and passionate Chef to join our team and help deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and team, contributing to every section of the kitchen to ensure high efficiency and outstanding food quality. We offer comprehensive training in our systems and menu, and we’re excited to welcome you into our family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations alongside our Head Chef.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and monitor OH&S standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Embrace the fast-paced and rewarding nature of opening a new venue.

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for global food trends and exemplary leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of OH&S standards and procedures.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within the team.
• Interest in the operational aspects of the kitchen.
• Familiarity with financial budgets, food, and labour costs is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
