The Position

Reporting to the Senior Client Experience Manager, this newly created opportunity has been developed for a go-getter with a client centric and proactive mindset. This role supports the advisers in ensuring the provision of high quality of advice including the ongoing administration and implementation of new and existing client’s financial strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Advisers in the timely co-ordination, development, delivery and implementation of advice.
• Assist with the management of the client review process, including checking and preparing documentation for adviser meetings.
• Supporting the preparation of advice documents and research.
• Responding to and managing client communication
• Onboarding of new clients and ongoing administration to support existing clients
• Scheduling appointments with existing and potential clients
• Supporting the management of ongoing service to clients.

Your skills and experience

This role will suit someone who has had previous experience working in a client service / administration role supporting financial advisers.

You will also display the following attributes:

• 2 years+ experience in supporting financial advisers to execute financial advice
• Undergraduate qualifications in Financial Planning or a related degree (desirable)
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency across MS Office and financial advice technology (Xplan highly desirable)
• A self-starter, self-managed, pro-active and driven
