ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role within the firm’s advisory team, reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll manage and enhance investor relationships, coordinate marketing and reporting cycles, and support client events and onboarding. If you're highly organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing business, this role offers an unmatched opportunity to make your mark.
DUTIES
- Manage client onboarding, asset transfers, and CRM record-keeping
- Respond to investor and client queries and maintain investor reporting cycles
- Coordinate webinars, client events, and capital raising activities
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, digital channels, and website
- Support communications between the firm and fund managers/platforms
- Record committee meeting minutes and track follow-ups
- General office and account administration, including expenses and cash management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Background in asset management, wealth advisory, finance, or related fields
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach
