Seeking an experienced Relationship Manager or Client Liaison professional with Commercial Lending experience to join a growing team in Sydney CBD and take on a 2ic level role.
In this role, you will be assisting the financial advisor sales team with commercial deals from initiation to settlements and be a key point of contact for clients, providing them with a high quality client journey experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Credit Applications: Partner with sales to prepare, review, and finalise credit submissions—ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Client Servicing: Manage servicing requirements including sourcing financials, verifying client details, and maintaining a high standard of data accuracy.
- Deal Management: Oversee approved transactions, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate documentation for timely and successful settlements.

- Happy to work in a scale up and agile environment
- Experience with Asset/Equipment Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Business Overdrafts highly regarded.
- Experience with the Medical industry highly regarded
- 2-4+ Years in Commercial Lending/Business lending experience
- Understanding of financial statements/tax returns for businesses, companies, individuals, trusts, partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales support or loans operations roles highly regarded
