About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accounts Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie-based team. This is a key leadership role, reporting to our Executive Accountant.

As the go-to person for all things finance and administration, you’ll manage our dedicated admin team and take ownership of accounting functions across the business - you’ll be responsible for the oversight of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll administration functions -ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations

Supervise bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations

Oversee monthly payment runs and ensure creditor account accuracy

Manage debtor collections and support customer account resolution

Provide mentorship and oversight to junior accounts team members

Review, verify, and authorise high-value invoicing and account setups

Support internal reporting and reconciliation for management reviews

Coordinate general office administration and workflow within the finance team

Support internal and external audit requirements and filing systems

Promote compliance with company policies and financial procedures

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts administration

At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Formal qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar (Cert IV or above)

Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and reconciliations

Advanced MS Excel and Word skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Current “C” Class WA Driver’s Licence
