We specialize in Legal Bookkeeping to clients all over Australia. Our services are provided remotely, giving you the opportunity to work from home to your own schedule.
If you have either MYOB or Xero experience you will have the opportunity to work with our CPA in providing bookkeeping services to our clients. Legal Trust Account experience would be an advantage, especially with LEAP Legal or ActionStep software (please mention that in your cover letter).
We customise an accounts procedures manual for all of our clients and you will be trained to use the Books Onsite manual in all areas of bookkeeping.
Duties include:
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Legal Trust Reconciliations and Month End Processing
Payroll and superannuation
Management Reporting
BAS and PAYG Lodgement
Either MYOB/Xero and LEAP/Actionstep experience is necessary.

Our team of 40 bookkeepers are all trained to manage your accounts in accordance with the Books Onsite Accounting Manual which is customised for each client.
We provide onsite bookkeeping services in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Books Onsite is recruiting part time and full time bookkeepers throughout Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
We are looking for:
•previous bookkeeping experience
•advanced MYOB or Quickbooks skills including debtors, creditors, payroll, reconciliation, PAYG, BAS
•accounting qualifications
•intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
•an eye for detail and a proactive attitude
•a professional, punctual and honest approach
•concise written and oral English essential
