Our Burleigh Heads facility is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our operations team. You will report directly to the General Manager of Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across multiple functions: Production, Administration, Maintenance, Distribution, Purchasing, HR, OH&S, and Housekeeping

Ensure the plant meets production targets safely, efficiently, and on time

Lead a team with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service

Monitor and improve plant processes, costs, and efficiencies

Oversee administrative records and performance reporting

Drive continuous improvement and participate in strategic planning

About You

We’re looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of production operations.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a plant management or senior operations role

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in compliance, safety regulations, and root cause analysis

Excellent communication and team management abilities

Proficiency with MS Office and production tracking/reporting systems

A proactive mindset and commitment to quality and service delivery
