You will be involved in the day to day program management including creation of program outlines, menus, briefing notes, logistic plans and reviewing rostering plans. You will have had previous experience of supervising/leading outdoor leaders in the field.

Other key aspects of your role will include (but not limited to):

Perform the responsibilities of a Senior Outdoor Adventure Instructor, Instructor in Charge or Program Manager in the field and in preparation of programs

Develop programs quotes and agreements in line with organisational guidelines using existing quote documents with all brands

Debriefing and evaluation of programs leading to their overall development

Support the development of educational and/or activity resources required for programs

Participate in internal reviews of systems, processes and procedures including safety management systems.

Support the warehouse operations and the employees in a safe work environment.

Identify training needs and train employees in workplace systems for field, equipment and warehouse

Assist with interviews of prospective new hires

Assist in performance management of employees

To be successful in this role all applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia.

Must hold a Certificate 4 or Diploma in outdoor leadership and hold a bus licence and current wilderness first aid (or equivalent qualifications)

Held a similar role within an outdoor education company.
