With an upcoming ASX listing and an initial market cap of $220M, we’re at an exciting inflection point. Now, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our high-performing Brisbane-based team.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, with a focus on financial operations, compliance, and reporting within a listed environment.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Prepare statutory accounts and support external audits in line with AASB/IFRS standards.

Drive internal controls, risk management, and compliance with ASX listing rules.

Support the CFO in areas such as tax, treasury, insurance, and legal functions.

Provide key financial insight to portfolio companies and support M&A activities.

Collaborate with CEOs/CFOs of our operating businesses and key external stakeholders (auditors, advisors, debt providers).

🧠 What You Bring

CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

5–10 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in an ASX-listed or regulated environment.

Strong technical knowledge of AASB/IFRS, ASX reporting, and corporate governance.

Advanced financial modelling skills.

High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and confidence in presenting to board-level stakeholders.
