The role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Programmer – Technical Lead to take ownership of the architecture, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of our custom developed solutions. This is a hands on technical role that plays a key part in delivering scalable, high-quality systems that support the organisation’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support technical teams in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Provide technical direction across architecture, coding, and design decisions to ensure robust and maintainable systems.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and best practice adoption.
Oversee development workflows, including sprint planning, backlog management, code reviews, and testing.
Drive troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, ensuring stability and performance of systems.
Contribute to technology evaluation and proof of concept initiatives to support innovation and strategic direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions.
Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of existing applications and development practices.
Promote Agile methodologies and a culture of continuous delivery and technical excellence.

Proficiency in C++, C#, and .NET Core, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture.
Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles focused on performance, scalability, and high availability.
Hands-on experience with integration development using RESTful APIs and cloud-based solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP.
Proven experience working in Scrum Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach challenges with both technical precision and creativity.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong background in various SDLC methodologies, with practical application across multiple project types.
Hands on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project to drive project delivery and coordination.
Proficient in modern information systems, including Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, used for documentation, analysis, and presentations.
