The Creative Studio Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing creative production workflows, and output. This role supports a team of in-house creatives, content producers and videographers, who plan, conceptualise, and develop assets and materials for a broad range of print, digital and social media channels, resources and activity.

Role responsibilities

Works with the Creative teams to plan, triage and manage the output of high-quality creative work that delivers and enhances the Sadaqa Welfare Fund’s brand; while tracking the work and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Works closely with the Marketing team, oversees end to end internal creative processes for content and asset production (including graphic design, video production, and copy).

Working closely with the marketing and creative team ensures that creativity is not dampened under the workload.

Manages and administers the Creative team traffic and project management platform, overseeing creative workflow management, planning, prioritising, scheduling, and allocating daily, weekly and long-term tasks and creative projects.

Manages weekly meetings for content management, pipeline reviews and past week task performance.

Highly active on the pipeline of projects, activities to ensure there’s a healthy flow of creative content developed and scheduled.

Acting as the key liaison between the Creative teams and internal stakeholders — translating business needs into clear timelines, deliverables, and creative actions.

Continuously refining and improving systems, processes, and tools — from briefing templates and traffic management systems to asset delivery workflows — to drive work efficiency.

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Graphic Designers & Video Editors — nurturing their creative growth while keeping delivery sharp, on-brand, and on time.

Skills and minimum knowledge:

Proven experience managing a creative team - ideally within a fast-paced agency environment

Demonstrable experience of managing and administrating project/traffic management software and tools for specialist creative workflows.

Understanding of creative and production processes, particularly graphic design, copy and video production.

Experience in delivering high profile and multi-channel creative assets.

Experience of capacity and resource planning.

Detailed knowledge of creative workflows, scheduling, commissioning, budgeting, and project management.

Comfortable working with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar platforms.
