ICombined360 looking for committed Traffic Control Team Leaders in the Central Coast / Newcastle area. You will be the key contact between our team, the client, and the general public, ensuring the job runs smoothly and safely. You will be working on various projects including Utilities, Asphalt, Tree-Lopping and high-speed set-ups.

About the Role:

Lead and manage traffic control crews on various sites, monitor site safety and traffic flow

Ensure accurate and compliant setup of Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)

Liaise with clients, council inspectors, and site supervisors professionally

Complete all required documentation, including pre-starts and site reports

Supervise crew conduct, ensure procedures are following and report on incidents in a timely manner

About You:

Valid NSW Traffic Control tickets (Implement Traffic Control Plans & Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans)

White Card (General Construction Induction) & Valid Driver’s License (MR/HR license desirable)

Proven experience as a team leader

Sound understanding of TCAWS and RMS/TfNSW requirements

Flexible with day/night/weekend shifts as required
