Penelope, our new bistro, bar, and music den on James Street, inspired by European supper clubs and designed to offer an elevated dining experience.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and focused chefs and cooks to join our team.
The Applicant Must Be:
- Capable of delivering a high-level product to create a positive guest experience
- Able to maintain excellent mise en place and manage your section autonomously
- Committed to developing a strong understanding of the restaurant’s concepts and menus
- Strong in communication with a positive attitude
- Curious for knowledge and growth
- Able to work well under pressure
- Willing to collaborate with other cooks in a team environment
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chefs and Cooks or the relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
- Dedicated and take pride in their work
- Appreciative of quality and pay close attention to detail
Please Note:
We will only respond to applicants who have the appropriate level of experience relevant to the position.
Salary range of $76,515 to $78,000.
