Business is booming and we are now on the search for another Chef to join our culinary team.

The Role:

Work the line in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Assist with food preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; Assist in developing younger chefs in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion, and cost control.

The successful applicant must have a strong acumen in systems and be capable of managing large volume service.

This is a hands-on position.
