About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Home Care and Community Programs to lead and oversee our Home Care and Community Programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery across in-home care and community programs, fostering a collaborative team culture, and driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team

Overseeing clinical governance and risk management

Driving program development and innovation

Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and legislation

Managing budgets and reporting requirements

Collaborating across departments to enhance service delivery

Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in Allied Health, Nursing, or equivalent

Extensive experience in aged care or community-based programs

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within aged care or disability services

Strong operational management and budgeting skills

Deep understanding of HCP, CHSP, TCP, and My Aged Care systems

Proven ability to lead audits and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and participant management systems

Community second language – highly regarded
