About the Role: As the Home Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our home care services. You will lead a team of dedicated caregivers, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, all while maintaining our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client care.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to coordinate care.

Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and client service agreements.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in home care.

Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) background with current registration or certification.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care.

Proficiency with electronic health records and care management software.
