About the Role
As a Credit Controller with the Capital Group, this varied role will support our accounts receivable processes, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain the financial stability of our organisation. You will be responsible for collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Credit Operations: Oversee the complete credit control process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Foster Strong Client Relationships: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues swiftly, and building lasting partnerships.
Ensure Accuracy and Efficiency: Utilise your keen attention to detail to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and detect & resolve discrepancies.
Prioritize and Execute: Leverage expert time management skills to balance multiple tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks despite the fast-paced nature of the role.
Collaborate with Impact: Work seamlessly within a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to strategic decisions and supporting overall business objectives.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds 2+ years of experience in credit control.
