Lead with Purpose. Operate with Precision. Drive Strategic Impact.

The Youth Impact Foundation exists because we believe every young person deserves to thrive. We partner with young people, schools, families, communities, funders, and decision-makers to reimagine systems and drive meaningful change.

We’re seeking a values-aligned, capable Executive Officer, someone experienced in strategic support (e.g., Executive Assistant, Operations, Executive Support Officer), who’s ready to step into broader responsibilities. You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need the confidence to work alongside senior leaders, manage cross-functional projects, and thrive in a mission-driven environment.

This role blends executive-level support with more complex responsibilities - such as stakeholder management, governance coordination, and project leadership. Ideal for someone who brings clarity, initiative, and follow-through to dynamic work.
