IMMEX is currently seeking a competent and reliable Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join the team at our busy Waterloo clinic.

IMMEX is a specialised occupational medicine and injury management practice that has some of the major private and public companies in NSW as its valued clients. Some services we provide are: Pre Employment medicals, Injury Treatment, Health Surveillance, Physiotherapy and more.

Strong organisational skills
Performs well in a busy, sometimes stressful environment
Positive can do attitude, eager to learn

Able to multitask
Previous experience in a reception or admin role
Clinic Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri. There is no weekend work.
