Our client is excited to be searching for an organised, friendly and trauma-informed Reception & Admin officer!

This role will involve:
- Provide trauma-informed care as the first point of contact, completing initial intake assessments and supporting client needs.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, bookings, referrals, and brokerage with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data entry, complete referral forms, and support staff with administrative tasks including minute taking.
- Coordinate office supply inventory, mail handling, and ensure cleanliness of reception, kitchen, and shared spaces.
- Assist in managing outreach referrals and maintain up-to-date internal contact lists.
- Support Centre and Projects Coordinator with additional tasks and contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by management
They are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in and commitment to supporting women to heal from trauma.
The requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in administrative support or similar roles, with strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Additional Information:
- Clear National Criminal History Check and eligibility to work full-time in Australia is required
