Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.

The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest’s existing gaming platforms and associated services.

This is a large scale, multi-year program of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the GSR team and be part of a complex transformation project working collaboratively with a diverse and talented team of passionate people.

Job Profile

You will be reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the GSR Security Lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining the security posture across all phases of the project lifecycle by embedding security principles into architecture, design and implementation.

Demonstrated experience and deep knowledge and understanding of cyber security best practices, industry standards and regulatory frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS.

High level experience in developing, implementing and maintaining information security policies, processes and technical documentation.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and effectively collaborate, influence and negotiate outcomes.
