THE POSITION: Technical Systems Engineer

As a Technical Systems Engineer at INCITE, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality site services and solving complex technical challenges across WA. This full-time role offers variety and the chance to work with the latest technologies as you design, install, commission, maintain, and support advanced systems for our Government, Healthcare, and commercial clients. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring our technicians and apprentices, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and providing expert guidance on system design, implementation, and compliance—all while setting the standard for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, installation and commissioning integrated electronic systems including products and systems relevant to the role, including Gallagher, Inner Range, Tecom, Avigilon, Milestone and Geuterbrück

Deliver planned maintenance and remote technical support to critical Government and Healthcare sites

Site audits and solving complex technical issues

Provide subject matter expertise and and technical design and consulting to clients

Provide leadership, mentorship and training of technicians and apprentices

Manage site documentation, compliance, and safety

Qualifications:

WA Police Security Installer/Consultant License (or State equivalent)

Open Cabling Registration

Driver’s License and White Card

National Police Clearance

Your Skills and Attributes:

Proven experience in the security industry

Well-presented and professional with a can-do attitude

Strong fault-finding skills, time management, and a solutions-first mindset

Confident communicator who thrives in both team environments and working independently

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
