The Role

We're on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This isn’t your average retail role – we want someone who’s excited to learn the ins and outs of the business, from warehousing and stock management through to product knowledge and front-line sales.

This is a casual role to start with, and for the right person, there’s room to grow into a permanent position.

Who You Are:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service

Strong interest in BBQs, outdoor cooking, or similar products

Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

Willing to learn and comfortable being coached

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment

Available to work Monday to Saturday

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product advice and sales

Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on our product range

Stay up-to-date with our latest products and promotions

Support the sales team in delivering exceptional service

Assist the warehouse and product teams with general duties when needed.
