About the role

Join the team at Billy Lou Kids Shoes as a Retail Assistant working in our Leichhardt, NSW store. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Retail Assistant, you will be an integral part of providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the growth of our dynamic children's shoe store.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist customers in finding the perfect shoes for their children

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment

Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment and other store operations tasks

Contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally within the fashion or footwear industry

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, must be available Saturdays and school holidays and 2 to 3 days per week.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

An eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
