Windsor & Lux offers a stunning collection of high-quality gowns and cocktail dresses, which have been carefully selected for their superiority and craftsmanship. We specialise in Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and all Formal and Evening Wear. We’re looking for a passionate fashion enthusiast with an eye for style and a talent for customer service to join our Team. What we're looking for

Experience in retail, preferably in the Fashion Industry

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and/or alone.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs.

Confident to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual merchandising.

Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.

Outstanding communication skills;

What you'll be doing

Meeting your daily and weekly sales targets

Ensure the brand and store image is maintained at all times

Develop strong customer relationships while maintaining high customer service standards

Assisting customers with over the phone enquiries and questions

Fulfilling customer needs, following up on orders, stock and inventory control.

Monitoring and maintaining Visual Merchandising and housekeeping standards

Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained for employees and customers

Assisting customers one on one with styling and recommending styles suitable to their needs.
