About the role
Do you enjoy using your people skills and customer service skills to build relationships and drive sales? We have an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an onsite role and you can work out of our Epping or Keysborough site depending on what suits you. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and play a key part in helping us deliver high quality service to our customers who are seeking landscaping materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide high level customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary
• Utilise Pronto (training provided) to manage customer accounts
• Prepare detailed costing estimates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Own your portfolio and key accounts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all relevant information is available to enable accurate estimates and drive sales
• Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience in office based customer service, preferably in a construction, services/trades, landscaping business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
• Experience using MS Office is essential and familiarity using an ERP and/or CRM would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
